Really bad! Complete waste of time and energy!
Over the course of three weeks I have placed two separate orders and each time, I’ve had to cancel them because after 7-9 days on each order and numerous phone calls, the orders never actually got packaged and sent to me.
The chap I spoke to in customer service is very polite and this review is no reflection on him. My problem is with the fact I place an order for £2k and a whole week later nothing is heard - I call customer service and am told they will follow-up urgently as they are not aware of any delays now (the logistics problem they had when they moved warehouse is resolved, I was told), the chaps writes a message to the warehouse while I am on the phone (not ideal as I was waiting in silence for 5-10 mins), I’m promised that my order will be prioritised so I should expect shipping confirmation in 24 hours max. NOTHING HAPPENS. I give it another 48 hours and still nothing so I phone and write to cancel my order. They acknowledge my email 48 hours later and offer me £20 (!!!!) off my next order - gee thanks! No explanation just a short, pre-populated email and £20 off! So, as this was my first time I thought I’d give a second try….I make a brand new order and the exact same happens…..
I am lucky compared to others. At least my card was never charged - funds were reserved pending dispatch but never actually taken (as never dispatched).
It’s a real shame as there are some gorgeous items available at great prices…but I would rather pay a few quid more and deal with exceptional retailers such as Matches and Net-a-Porter. What a waste of time and energy!
