Posting a 2nd review re my latest shopping experience with Fashionette. my most recent purchase I did have a couple of dramas with but understand this wasn't anything to do with Fashionette but more to do with UPS. Placed an order a few weeks ago and when I checked the tracking ref on the delivery day the item was supposed to arrive - UPS was sending the item back to the sender (fashionette) for no apparent not valid reason. needless to say this was a kick in the stomach as was looking forward to receiving my purchase. I saw online my bag was there, 1 left in stock so purchased immediately. I was a bit nervous to be out of pocket for 2 bags (one of which I was awaiting a refund for). I have to say (despite some of the reviews on here) Fashionette were very helpful and responded to my emails promptly. I have received the refund for the bag that was returned to them and I have also received the actual bag (from the 2nd purchase that I made). I think with most shopping sites (if based abroad) there'll always be a risk of packages going missing, delays in deliveries etc. I honestly can't think of a bad thing to say about them.

Beautiful genuine handbags at great prices. The items arrived well-packaged. It was like Christmas when my box arrived. Opening the box, I was met with beautiful pink tissue paper and each handbag was packaged beautifully to protect them during transit. I have to say, I felt extremely special that day 😊. I will certainly buy again from Fashionette.

Great service from start to delivery, delivery was a day late but I was updated straight away and given a voucher for the inconvenience, definitely be ordering again from a great company.

Ordered a Michael Kors handbag and I must admit, I was a little dubious when reading other people's comments - questioning the products authenticity etc..... The delivery date changed which I was notified of and I was offered a £10 voucher off my next purchase so again setting a little doubt in my mind but I was so wrong. The bag turned up beautifully packaged in MK branded tissue paper and there was nothing that looked wrong with it at all. So happy with the service, I have already ordered another one!

VERY POOR SERVICE - THEY EMAILED THAY THEY HAVE DESPATCHED GOODS BUT UPS DON'T RECOGNISE THE TRACKING REF - THEY HAD MY FULL BILLING AND DELIVERY ADDRESS AND JUMBLED UP THE LINES AND PLACED BLAME ON THE COMPUTER FORMAT - NO GOODS AND MONIES STILL WITH THIS COMPANY - LUCKILY I MADE PAYMENT BY PAYPAL SO COVERED - BE CAUTIOUS - YES THEY OFFER A GOOD SELECTION OF HIGH END DESIGNER PIECES BUT VERY POOR LOGISTICS - I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY

Really bad! Complete waste of time and energy! Over the course of three weeks I have placed two separate orders and each time, I’ve had to cancel them because after 7-9 days on each order and numerous phone calls, the orders never actually got packaged and sent to me. The chap I spoke to in customer service is very polite and this review is no reflection on him. My problem is with the fact I place an order for £2k and a whole week later nothing is heard - I call customer service and am told they will follow-up urgently as they are not aware of any delays now (the logistics problem they had when they moved warehouse is resolved, I was told), the chaps writes a message to the warehouse while I am on the phone (not ideal as I was waiting in silence for 5-10 mins), I’m promised that my order will be prioritised so I should expect shipping confirmation in 24 hours max. NOTHING HAPPENS. I give it another 48 hours and still nothing so I phone and write to cancel my order. They acknowledge my email 48 hours later and offer me £20 (!!!!) off my next order - gee thanks! No explanation just a short, pre-populated email and £20 off! So, as this was my first time I thought I’d give a second try….I make a brand new order and the exact same happens….. I am lucky compared to others. At least my card was never charged - funds were reserved pending dispatch but never actually taken (as never dispatched). It’s a real shame as there are some gorgeous items available at great prices…but I would rather pay a few quid more and deal with exceptional retailers such as Matches and Net-a-Porter. What a waste of time and energy!
