Product fine when it eventually arrives, they clearly have delivery issues it seems ups extremely good at loosing parcels and them mysteriously appearing 6-7 days later following a investigation. As per other reviews this isn't on and probably won't buy from them again

Very pleased with my item, bought the purse to go with this bag too for my daughters birthday, very well packaged and wrapped nicely(free of charge) all documents come in a card wallet, lovely item well packaged, fast delivery, will definitely buy from here again.
