Shipping Cost

Delivery costs across Europe amount to 0 €.

Delivery to a preferred address

We do not only deliver to your billing address – you may also wish to have your handbags sent to another address instead, for example your work place. Please note: Only you or an authorized post room is entitled to receive and accept the delivery in this case.

Transport Damages

Before you accept your delivery, please make sure there are no external defects on the parcel. If so, please refuse the delivery.
After accepting delivery, open your parcel immediately.
In case you notice any fault or damage on a product, please take photos of the item and contact our customer service as soon as possible.
In case one or more articles are missing, please contact our customer service immediately, as we must ask UPS to start an investigation on the shipment. Please keep the parcel in a safe place, because this must be picked up and examined by UPS for the investigation. If UPS is not able to pick up and investigate the parcel, the case cannot be processed.

Delivery Status

After dispatching your package, you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing a tracking link with which you can easily monitor the status of your delivery.

Return

You may return your order within 30 days of purchase by utilizing the return label enclosed with your order. Please fill out the return ticket and place it, together with the Fashionette ID Card, into the package you wish to return. Then, stick the UPS return label on the parceled package. Please note that we can only accept returns containing a Fashionette ID Card. As soon as we receive the returned package, we will notify you via e-mail and reimburse the amount of the order. You can organize a return by yourselves either by bringing the parcel to a UPS access point / shop which is free of charge with our own label. In case you prefer a pickup with UPS, please consider that this service will be charged by UPS at your expense.
